I love the colorfulness of this restaurant. As soon as you walk in, you'll know what I'm talking about.
I ordered their chimichanga, while my hubby got their buffet. I'm not big on buffet food (like, at all) so I can't comment on how his food tasted.
However, my chimichanga was delicious!
It had the perfect amount of tasty chicken (not too little and not too much) and was smothered with a really yummy sauce.
The next time I come back, I'm trying their mole:) -

I've been wanting to try this place for a while now. I assumed all Mi Ranchitos were the same, but maybe they aren't? I heard great things about another location, but this location was what was most convenient for me, so I went here. I ordered a chicken chimichanga and it came with rice and beans. Visually it didnt look too bad but once I took a bite I was disappointed.
The sauce was sweet, I've personally never had sweet sauce on Mexican dishes before so this was a surprise to me. There were carrots and peas in the rice which isnt my favorite but I ate around it, but also never seen this in Mexican food, and the beans were cold.
Sadly it wasn't just the food that was a disappointment, it was the service too. I think we may of been forgotten about because we waited close to 15 minutes to even have someone come and take our order. I will not be returning to this location unfortunately. -

I am handicapped and need a bathroom that is handicap assesible. I could not get into the first bathroom and went around the back to the second bathroom, hoping for the best. I did get into the stall but could not shut the door as there was not enough room. I am pretty sure this restaurant is not compliant to handicap needs.
When I tried to leave I was stuck. It took me several minutes to break free enough to get out. The bathrooms were very dirty as well. My appetite was ruined by the bathrooms.
I watched the bus boy bus the tables, he was terrible. Only cleaning was was a visable mess on the tables.
I love chilerelleno's, so I ordered 2 and a cheese enchilada. The enchilada tasted strange, like old cheese and the relleno's usually have a great deal of white cheese in them, but there was hardly any.
This was a bad experience. -

Been looking for some good Mexican food in this city and can't say I've found it yet. The food was extremely bland, the salsa was basically ketchup and the food cost more than it should. Not the worst I've ever had, but won't likely be returning to give it another chance since I had a combo plate with many of the options and wasn't impressed with a single one.

It was a pleasant surprise to find a buffet in a Mexican restaurant and I must say, I loved it! I wanted to try a bit of everything, but of course my eyes were bigger than my stomach. I loved the taco bar, all of the mole choices, the potato turn over thingies, and all of the pickled items to choose from. Don't miss out on the grilled chicken in the middle. Oh! and fried plantains. High quality, authentic and great service! Can't wait to eat here, again!
